The clause

Netflix's terms bind you to arbitration instead of a courtroom. That is ordinary. What is not ordinary is how short the window is to say no.

What to do

  1. Email Opt-Out@netflix.com
  2. Say you are opting out of the Arbitration Agreement
  3. Do it within 30 days

Thirty days is the difference between a right and a lost right.
