We do not republish anyone's document. We quote at most 25 words per clause as evidence for an explanation and link to the original. If you still believe something here infringes your copyright, write to us and we will look at it promptly.

How we use source material

• One quotation per clause, hard-capped at 25 words in code, not by policy.
• We never store or serve a full copy of a source document publicly.
• Every page links to the original document at its own address.
• Commentary and criticism of a published document, with attribution and a link.

Sending a notice

Email dmca@tosgenie.com with:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work.
2. The exact URL on this site you are concerned about.
3. Your name, address, telephone number and email.
4. A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act for the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

If we remove something you posted and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, the material and its location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed in error.

Correcting an analysis

If the problem is that we have described your document inaccurately rather than a copyright issue, write to corrections@tosgenie.com. We would rather fix a wrong reading than argue about it, and we will re-read the document.
