Dispute Resolution. You're giving up the right to sue Netflix in court, except for small claims, and agreeing to arbitrate disputes instead. This means you won't be able to have a judge or jury decide the dispute.
Auto-Renewal. Your Netflix subscription will automatically renew until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time, but you won't get a refund for the current billing period.
Changes to Terms. Netflix can change its terms of service at any time, and the changes will be effective one month after they give you notice.
Liability Limitation. Netflix isn't responsible for any problems with its service, and you're not entitled to any damages if something goes wrong.
