- Dispute Resolution. You're giving up the right to sue Netflix in court, except for small claims, and agreeing to arbitrate disputes instead. This means you won't be able to have a judge or jury decide the dispute.
- Auto-Renewal. Your Netflix subscription will automatically renew until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time, but you won't get a refund for the current billing period.
- Changes to Terms. Netflix can change its terms of service at any time, and the changes will be effective one month after they give you notice.
- Liability Limitation. Netflix isn't responsible for any problems with its service, and you're not entitled to any damages if something goes wrong.
