New

  • Changes to Terms. Cash App can change its terms at any time. If you keep using the service after the change, you agree to the new terms. You also agree to get notices from Cash App electronically.
  • Liability Limit. If Cash App's outage or mistake costs you money, the most you can get back is what you paid them last month. Cash App is not an FDIC-insured bank, so your deposits are not insured unless you have a Cash App Card or Sponsored Account.
  • Account Termination. Cash App can terminate your account at any time. If this happens, you'll need to withdraw your funds within a certain time frame or they may be escheated to the state.
  • Tracking. Cash App may track and share your information, but the details are unclear. You should review the privacy notice for more information.
  • Age Restriction. You must be at least 18 years old to use Cash App. If you're authorizing a minor to use a Sponsored Account, you're liable for their actions and responsible for any tax consequences.
