Got worse
- Changes to Terms — now high risk. The Wikimedia Foundation can change these terms at any time, and if you don't agree, you can stop using their services.
New
- No Warranty. If their outage costs you money, the most you can get back is what you paid them last month. Since the service is free, you won't get anything.
- Report Problems. If you find a problem, you should report it to the Wikimedia Foundation. They may be able to help resolve the issue.
- License Requirements. When you contribute to the Projects, you must license your work under a free and open license, such as CC BY-SA 4.0.
- Account Blocking. The Wikimedia Foundation can block your account if you violate their terms. If that happens, you won't be able to use their services.
- Data Collection. The Wikimedia Foundation collects and uses your information according to their Privacy Policy.
- Trademark Protection. You should respect the Wikimedia Foundation's trademarks and not use them in a way that could be confusing or misleading.
