- Price Changes. Content prices may change at any time. If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of Content, your exclusive and sole remedy is either replacement of the Content or refund of the price paid, as determined by Apple.
- Liability Limit. If Apple's outage or other issue costs you money, the most you can get back is $250.00.
- Data Retention. It is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage Content once downloaded. Apple encourages you to back up your Content regularly.
- Age 13+. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use Apple Services. Apple Accounts for persons under this age can be created by a parent or legal guardian using Family Sharing or by an approved educational institution.
