Vimeo can terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you breach the terms of service.

TikTok can show you customized ads based on your information and activity on the Platform.

TikTok can use your information to customize ads and improve the Platform. They may also share your information with third parties.

Vimeo may retain archival copies of your content, even after you delete it.

Any disputes will be resolved under California law, and you agree to the jurisdiction of California courts.

Any disputes between you and Vimeo will be governed by the laws of New York State and the United States of America.

If you're under 13, you can't use TikTok unless you use the Under 13 Experience. If you're under 18, some features might be restricted.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use Vimeo's services.
